This Wheelhouse is extremely well insulated - floors alone inch plywood, 4 inch rockwell insulation and then another inch of ply then the boards laid on top, sides well insulated with rockwell too. Down stairs to bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, drawers leading to dressing room, You have shower and sea toilet. Also down stairs is a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a 8 kva generator and also a 3500 watt Phoenic invertor. Black tank holds 168 gallons, diesel tank holds 400 gallons and fresh water 250 gallons.Navigation Lights, Hand rails (there but to be put on), Dinghy with outboard.
