Property Details

Sunny Beach resort complex is situated in a sheltered bay facing East. The beaches, longer than eight kilometers and 150metres wide are covered with fine sand and natural sand dunes. The Black Sea water is clean and calm without high tides and the bottom of the sea is sand covered. The Aphrodite holiday complex is located in Sunny Beach resort, in a near proximity to the Sunny Beach aqua park, an exciting and interesting place to visit by yourself or with your family. The holiday complex is about 200 meters away from the beach, 30 kilometers from the Bourgas international airport and at a distance of 5 km from the ancient museum town of Nessebar. There are hotels and residential buildings right beside the Aphrodite building.

The complex

It is a five storey residential building in the centre of Sunny Beach resort. There are 93 apartments i total with size from 41,67 sq.m. to 83 sq.m. There is going to be a swimming pool in the courtyard, a park and a parking lot. The overall built up area

is 5 630 square meters.

Construction

Only high quality natural materials have been used in the construction of the complex. From the outside - with outer multi-layer insulation and PVC double glazed windows. An air conditioner in each apartment will be installed. The bathrooms are luxuriously finished with all necessary accessories installed and a luxurious glass shower cubicle. In each apartment there is wiring for Internet, cable TV and telephone, as well as watermeter and electrometer. The living room will be furnished with sofa, armchairs and a coffee table. The kitchen will be luxuriously finished with built in cooker with two hobs, a built in washing machine, a fridge, cupboards, a sink and a dining table with four chairs. Floorings - laminate or tiles, depending to the choice of the customer. The interior doors in the apartments are “Hiorman“ made and the front doors - armored. The infrastructure – the park, the swimming pool, the parking lot and the shared areas will be maintained all the year round. There will be a security guard all year round.
