The nearest supermarquet and all kind of amenities is about 4 miles from the place. the beach is 40 milles away (Marbella city). The habitable surface is 90 square meter, but you have permission by local law to build much more.
The plot is partly flat, and partly in a small hill with wide terraces. The plot is double fenced,a fence around the house and a fence around all the plot.
