Invergarry Lodge is centrally located in the Scottish Highlands approximately halfway between Fort William and Inverness and offers 4* youth-hostel style self-catering accommodation for up to 26 people.

The Lodge lies in a rural location on a single track lane which leads into Glengarry Forest but is only a five minute walk from Invergarry village which has a shop, post office, pub and primary school. The Lodge is set in partially wooded grounds with a large pond. A range of wildlife can be seen in the garden.

Our guests are fairly evenly divided between outdoor enthusiasts and tourists and there is a considerable amount of goodwill; this year 35% of our business has been repeat guests or by recommendation. There is plenty for guests to do in the surrounding area. We are 10 minutes drive from Loch Ness. Forest walks and cycle rides can be made from the gate, mountain walks and boat trips are nearby and water sports and other outdoor activities can be arranged with a local company.

The owners’ accommodation is self-contained and is substantial for this type of business, providing three double bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, bathroom with bath and walk-in power shower and box room/small office.
