Location / Vicinity
In the beautiful countryside between 2 small mountains and several lakes is located a small village called Granitovo, just 120 km from the beach and the Burgas International Airport (1,5 hour drive), and about 200 km from the famous winter resort Pamporovo. This village is located 25 km from the border with Turkey.

The Bulgarian Government has invested huge amounts of money for infrastructure and modernizations, and a customs-house and first class road to Istanbul and the Turkish Sea coast have been built in the area.
The people in this village are nice and welcoming.
The village has around 2000 inhabitants. There are shops, bar, cable TV, main water supply, telephone lines, etc. The nature around is beautiful: few natural lakes, a river, forests, hills. Regular public busses are running to Burgas, Elhovo and Yambol. The prices of the properties there have increased a lot in the past few years turning this village in the most popular village for rural property purchases.
